Only in Korea: Footwear at School

Merriam – Webster Definition
                 socks: a knitted or woven covering for the foot usually worn under the shoes and extending above the ankle and sometimes the knee.             

My Definition
                 socks: an item of clothing that I used to detest pre-Korea, that I now take sincere enjoyment in. A avenue for expressing creativity and mood.


Only in Korea is this considered appropriate footwear for work.
